Your account

Give true details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Your licences belong to your account, and you are responsible for what is done with it.

You can delete your account from your account settings at any time. A licence on a deleted account can no longer be managed or renewed there.

Licences

A licence lets you use the plugin or collection you bought. It does not transfer ownership of the software, which stays with ZRD-KURD.

One licence works on one computer. A collection licence covers all the tools in that collection.

Licences are sold for 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. When the term ends the plugin stops working until the licence is renewed. Renewing keeps the same licence key and adds the new term.

Activation and your computer

A licence must be activated online and is tied to your computer. The plugin needs to reach our server from time to time, and at least once every 7 days, to keep working.

To move to another computer, free the licence from the old one on your account's Devices page, then activate it on the new one.

Payment

Prices are shown on the site and at checkout. You pay by sending the total to the payment account shown at checkout, using the method you choose, and then giving us the payment reference and a screenshot of the payment.

We check each payment by hand. Your licence is issued once the payment is confirmed. If we cannot confirm a payment we may reject it and tell you why; you can then send it again or appeal from your account.

Updates

Updates are free for as long as your licence is active.

What you may not do

You may not share, copy, resell or give away the plugins or your licence key, or try to get around the licence check or activation.

We may revoke a licence that breaks these rules.

The service

We work to keep the site, downloads and activation running, but they may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Your computer needs a supported version of Cinema 4D to run the plugins; check the product page before you buy.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page.
